Magic does exist. Sometimes in strange places. Sometimes it is hidden; you just have to dig it out. Sometimes it is so obvious you don’t see it.

Everyone is looking for it, often without knowing it. Life is about magic. Life is about these precious moments when you connect with people, animals and nature.

Yesterday I was contacted by Jacinta from Scatterpillardesigns and she let me know that my son's drawing (a portrait of me he did in 2015) won the contest. Jacinta creates beautiful toys out of children drawings and when I met her at the Glucksman Craft and Design Fair two years ago I fell in love with her creations. 

Back in 2011 I was a stay-at-home mum taking care of two small boys. My world had been narrowed down to changing nappies, going to the playground and making sure that these precious new beings do not become tangled up in the curtains or fall down the stairs…

I want to say thanks to everyone who at some point bought some of my art.

I would like to thank you for your support and kind words.  My art brought me to many beautiful places directly and indirectly. Every purchase, every comment brings me closer to living my dream.
